The purpose of this Bachelor´s Thesis is to create Finnish instructions for SAP- courses from cost ac-counting and production planning modules. This thesis is commissioned by the Oulu University of Applied Sciences, School of Business and Information Management. This report focuses on cost element accounting, cost center accounting, product cost accounting and product cost planning.

The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part comprises the theory of the thesis and it is followed by the second section, the operational part. The theory mainly includes the modules of internal accounting, cost element accounting, cost center accounting and product cost accounting. In addition some theory of production planning is also included in the thesis. The operational part consists of instructions which are from the basis of the original English SAP-instructions. The instructions include the most important key points from internal accounting and production planning. These instructions are made by typing information to the SAP program and taking pictures of every phase. In addition to pictures also instructions, which help the student to reach the correct place in the program, were added with more detailed explanations of the meaning of every phase.
