Requestan item that is charged out:

• Look up the item you wish to request and click the title to view availability information.
• Log into Oula-Finna.
• Click Place a Title Level Request. The button appears above the availability information when all copies of the title that are available for home loan are charged out.
• Select a collection location and click Submit Request.
• You will be notified by e-mail when the item is available for pickup. The message will also tell you by which date you must collect the requested item.

Staff: On-shelf request and order for items only available for reading room/office loan:

1. Go through steps 1-4 above.
5. The request will appear in your account. You will be notified by e-mail when the item is available for pickup. The message will also tell you by which date you must collect the requested item.

Students/non-university users: On-shelf request and order for items only available for reading room/office loan:

1. When you wish to place a request for an item only available for reading room/office loan, click a title to view its availability information.
2. Log into Oula-Finna.
3. On the right side of the availability information screen, click Order for legal deposit material for reading room use.
   
4. Fill in the required information and click Submit.
5. The request will not appear in your own account. You will be notified by email when the item can be picked up for reading room use. The message will also tell you by which date you must collect the requested item.
6. If the Order for legal deposit material for reading room use link does not appear on the screen, contact the library to place a request for the item in question.
